Precision machining technology
NBVO is committed to improving machining accuracy and ensuring the dimensional stability of the Stainless Steel Ball Bearings. By optimizing the machining process, NBVO is able to produce high-precision inner and outer rings to meet strict dimensional tolerance requirements.
Heat treatment process
Quenching treatment:
Quenching is an important means to improve the hardness and strength of stainless steel materials. NBVO uses an advanced quenching process to heat the stainless steel ball bearings to the austenite region and then quickly cool them to form a martensitic structure, thereby improving their hardness and wear resistance.
Cold treatment:
After quenching, NBVO also performs cold treatment. This step is usually carried out at a temperature of -75 to -80°C for 1 to 1.5 hours. Cold treatment helps to further stabilize the size of the bearing and reduce dimensional changes caused by temperature changes, thereby improving the high dimensional stability of the inner and outer rings.
Tempering treatment:
Tempering is a step performed after quenching and cold treatment, which aims to eliminate the internal stress generated during quenching and improve the toughness and fatigue resistance of the bearing. By precisely controlling the tempering temperature and time, NBVO can ensure that the bearing has good comprehensive mechanical properties while maintaining high hardness.
Comprehensive application
In actual production, NBVO combines these precision machining technologies and heat treatment processes to ensure high dimensional stability of the inner and outer rings of stainless steel ball bearings. By optimizing machining parameters and heat treatment conditions, NBVO is able to produce stainless steel ball bearings with high precision, high hardness and high stability to meet the application requirements of various complex and harsh environments.
